Y1's Butterflies

Class: Year 1 Year: 2025 - 2026

Over the last few weeks, Year 1 have been observing the life cycle of caterpillars. They watched the caterpillars grow until they formed a chrysalis. After several days of waiting, the butterflies emerged! The butterflies lived in the Year 1 classroom for a few days, enjoying some fruit and sugary water. On Thursday, the children released the butterflies out into Hannah's Garden. They have loved watching the caterpillars change!
