DT Week 2025 - 2026
Miss Ryan
Every year, in January, we hold a DT Week, when each class undertakes a special DT Project. This year, the projects were as follows:
Nursery - to design and build a boat to help the Gingerbread Man escape across the river; to bake gingerbread men.
Reception - to build bridges for the Three Billy Goats Gruff
Y1 - design and make a fruit salad
Y2 - design and make a dip and dippers
Y3 - to design and make a healthy sandwich
Y4 - to use a variety of different stitches to create a bookmark
Y5 - to design and make a Viking longboat
Y6 - to create a working fairground ride, using their knowledge of electrical circuits
