Y1 Phonics Fun!

Class: Year 1 Year: 2025 - 2026

Year 1 have been learning how to add "-ed" and "-ing" to verbs in phonics this week. Today, they played a game of charades using different verbs. Each child had to choose a word from the pile and act it out without speaking. The rest of the class then guessed what 'verb' they were acting out. They had lots of fun whilst practising their reading skills!
