Y1 Fruit Salad

What a fantastic first week back to school Year 1 have had! They loved their Design and Technology project making a tasty and colourful fruit salad. During the planning process, they tasted different tropical fruits; chose their favourite fruits for their design; and practised cutting skills using play dough. Finally, on Thursday, they put their skills into practice and cut up all of the fruit for their own fruit salad and loved eating them too! We are very impressed with how much they loved trying all sorts of different fruits. Well done Year 1!
