The Eco-Council get stuck in!

The Eco Council got their hands dirty today as they began transforming the school garden in preparation for planting. They started by clearing the mud kitchen of crab apples and weeding the planters, identifying which plants to keep and which were weeds. Equipped with gardening forks and gloves, the Eco Council made fantastic progress! Next week, they're looking forward to harvesting the ready-to-pick potatoes and planning the next steps for the garden. Well done to everyone involved!
