Hannah's Dance for Joy

Our gorgeous pupil, Hannah Green, passed away in November. Hannah was always the life and soul of any party and exuded joy and happiness in all she did. Her hugs were legendary and she could light up any room with her mere presence.

We wanted to do something that would celebrate everything Hannah meant to us and so we came up with the idea of 'Hannah's Dance for Joy.' This came to fruition on Thursday 3rd April when all the children and staff spent the day taking part in a variety of dance activities around school. We finished off with a group dance, in which the whole school took part, to Hannah's favourite song ' Better When I'm Dancing' by Meghan Trainor.

Dance was something that Hannah loved so the whole day felt like a fitting way to remember such a special little girl and all the joy she brought us.
