Here at Eccleston St. Mary's CE Primary School, we have strong links with both St. Mary the Virgin Church and Eccleston Methodist Church.
The Rector at St. Mary's, Father Andrew Brown, leads Worship in school on a regular basis and pupils attend services and other events at the Church. These include the traditional Harvest Festival as well at 'Journey to the Stable' at Christmas and 'Journey to the Cross' at Easter.
In addition, the 'Open the Book' team from the Methodist Church visit us every month to share dramatised versions of a variety of Bible stories with the children. These are always very well-received!
