From September 2021
The government guidelines changed on our return to school in September, meaning we are no longer required to operate in bubbles and a positive case in school will no longer result in a whole class being instructed to self-isolate.
In addition, young people, under the age of 18, are not required to self-isolate, even if a member of their household tests positive.
They should, however, stay at home for the statutory 10 days, should they, themselves test positive.
As the guidelines are somewhat complicated and every situation is unique, we recommend that you telephone school on 01257 451317 if you are unsure as to which course of action to follow.
